**What a fantastic experience!**

From start to finish using Pete Smith in Coleford has been such a wonderful experience. Originally, I was just looking online at what was on offer whilst I continued to build my credit score. Using their online form that wouldn't impact my credit rating I could see a finance offer with around the right percentage of interest and ticked my boxes. I registered a query on the Friday night and by Saturday morning Pete had rang me to give me some more information on the finance agreement and answered any questions I had about the car. At no point during this process did I feel like I was being pushed into a purchase or sold to... simply pointed in the right directions and given any information I needed. Turning up to collect the car was just as smooth. Pete had a number of COVID restrictions in place which the company was adhering to. We sorted the paper work and before I knew it, I was the owner of this beautiful car! Ontop of everything, this was the first automatic I had bought. I was nervous having never driven one but Pete was understanding and slowly explained how to stop, start and reverse an automatic. I'm so happy this car came along and that it was from this garage. It was a joy to meet Pete and support his business. I will definitely look what he has on offer when it's time to upgrade.
