Arrogant, Insulting, Rude

I WITNESSED THE MOST INCREADIBLY INSULTING AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR BY A MEMBER OF STAFF FROM RYDERS. I APPROACHED THEM TO ASK ABOUT A TUCSON HYBRID. I MISTAKENLY WENT TO THE BRANCH AND WAS TOLD THAT NO ONE COULD DEAL WITH ME BECAUSE OF COVID19. HOWEVER, IF I STOOD OUTSIDE AND PHONED IN THAT WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE. I REMARKED HOW UTTERLY DAFT THAT SOUNDED BUT AGREED AS WE ALL HAVE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES. AS I TURNED TO LEAVE A TALL GENTLEMAN APPROACHED AND WITHOUT INTRODUCING HIMSELF TOLD ME "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT THERE ARE OTHER PLACES YOU GO" STARTLED I SAID"I BEG YOUR PARDON" AND WAS THEN TOLD YOU HEARD NOW - OFF" I TURNED TO LEAVE AND SCREWED UP THE TELEPHONE NUMBER AND SAID "I WILL" AND LEFT. I WAS PURSUED OUTSIDE BY THE GENTLEMAN WHO CONTINUED TO BERATE ME BY SAYING "WERE YOU BORN SUCH A PRICK "? I TURNED TO FACE HIM AND ASKED " WHERE IS THE MANAGER" AND TO MY AMAZEMENT HE SAID " I AM THE MANAGER!!!!!!!" SO GENERAL PUBLIC BEWARE THIS IS HOW YOU COULD GET TREATED AT RYDERS OF WARRINGTON WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO SPEND £30,000 PLUS. I WENT THERE IN GOOD FAITH .. I APOLOGIES FOR NOT KNOWING THE RULES ...I HAVE BEEN EDUCATED AND NOW UNDERSTAND THAT I WILL NEVER...EVER.. VISIT THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IN MY HUMBLE OPINION HYUNDAI MAY WISH TO LOOK A LITTLE DEEPER AT THIS BRANCH AND ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE, FROM THE TOP DOWN.
