appalling service

Appalling service, not to be trusted. Brought a car during lockdown on the word of the salesman that all was in order. After I had made payment, I was told that the spare keys were to follow. No after sales service at all, no response to numerous emails. Clearly have no intention of providing the spare key - leaving me with a bill for £250 to put right.
