Be careful with them 'conning' money

The service level to start with was absolutely fantastic however right at the end they tried to con me out of £200 by saying they needed to deduct VAT from the money they was giving me for the car. They sorted it in the end after a difficult conversation and it was a fault with their 'accounting department'. Be aware of any potential reductions near the end with this company and stand your ground if they 'try it on'. I won't be using again due to this experience.
