When ordering the car, I was told that I would get warrantee, break down cover, 2 years service & MOT all for free. turns out that is an added extra of about £800. After noticing, the salesman didn't care that he had been caught and didn't apologise just seemed more annoyed that I found it and took it off. CHECK YOUR CONTRACTS THEY WILL TRY TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY. I had to ask about a video for the internals (this should be sent with the whole car) and once again this was glanced over due to damage inside the car (he sent a 51 second clip of the inside of the car and most of the video was Arnold Clark adverts) When the car got delivered: We weren't told about marks or damage to the external of the car (paint damage down to the base layer & deep scratches all over the car) When I spoke to the sales manager he didn't seem to care that all of this had happened and gave a forced apology. DO NOT USE, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
