Appalling experience

My review follows the theme of some of the other comments left. The service reception and workshop departments are not fit for purpose and would certainly be a major reason why i would never buy/lease a Range Rover again. The vehicles are superb until they go wrong and then the nightmare begins. Time after time the vehicle goes in for a simple fault early in the morning and either is not ready at the end of the day or has to be returned because the fault reoccurs. I run a major business and if my customer facing departments performed as Lloyd Landrover i would have no business left, In my opinion the business is surviving on the excellent reputation of the brand and the previous ownership and staff
