Lady with flat tyre

I was stranded with a flat tyre across the road from the service Centre. The team were very nice and friendly and let me sit inside while one of the technicians John Smith came out and put my spare tyre on for me. The infection control procedures in place were 5 star. Thanks guys you really helped me as I had no idea how to change my tyre.
