Took my car to land rover Solihul..very disappointed firstly your greeted with would you like to upgrade ur service for extra money or have your air con cleaned for extra? I was told my car would be cleaned....I would say more like sprayed with water and vacuumed my car and windows are streaky n smeary so will have to go car wash tomorrow I was called to say I need 2 new front tyres at a cost of £267 each which I declined.Iv got a cracked speaker cover and I was told I need a whole new door panel £700+ Which I refuse to do when I can bye a speaker cover fr £25 it’s all money making and I’m so disappointed with this service for the amount of money I paid...
