POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The day before our service was due, we received a phone call saying our car couldn't be serviced in the time they allocated me. poor excuse was given and a load of waffle, poor administration and totally unprofessional. I've never had this problem with the local garages for my van and at half the price. Matford Land Rover get your act together!
