My last visit was my final visit, the level of service provided by the service agent was the worst I have ever experienced. The visit only required a brake fluid change but left with 2 damaged wiper blades, tracking issues which left the car very unstable on the motorway and the engine sounding not as smooth as it was when I handed the car over. The service agent was an utter disgrace expecting me to wait over 6hrs for a brake fluid replacement only after asking for the manager who I had dealt with in previous issues did he soon come back and advise it would not take as long as the time previously given even though.. his words ‘no matter what you say it will not be done any quicker’ booked the service well in advance. After several bad experiences and owning BMW’s for 10 years plus I’m actually considering another brand. In fairness with previous issues they have resolved but only after several complaints and after many visits and to note never has a service advisor ever been as rude and to there credit have always tried to assist.
