Delayed services

Brought my car for service at 9:20 am. Provided service history, etc., asked about installing a reversing camera. Told me a major service takes about 3-4 hours which was fine with me. Skip to 5pm, I got worried because I wasn't updated at all and they close at 6pm. So I called them instead for updates, the receiver of phone call was clearly panicking. Ofcourse in the end the problems with the car wasn't rectified because I wasn't involved at all. Oh yeah, they don't have an entrance for pedestrians to pickup the car after service. I had to call their number to open the service gates. Also, they forgot I asked about their reversing cameras.
