A great experience all round

I purchased a 3 year old Toyota Yaris a couple of years ago and was extremely pleased with the whole process. The car was well presented, the sales staff were excellent and very pleasant to deal with. I have today taken the car in for its service and MOT, the whole process from booking the service to picking up my car when finished was easy and enjoyable, all of the staff that I dealt with either on the phone or face to face were very polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and friendly, they kept in touch with me before, during and when my car was ready to collect. I thoroughly recommend Snows Toyota, Exeter for their customer care and faultless service.
