Unprofessional conduct

I noticed a smart fortwo (2014) had just arrived into their premises. It had not been valeted but I made contact with Adam. He provided a rough part ex for mine. Once it had been fully valeted I made contact to visit the premises with a view of purchasing the vehicle subject to a full inspection and test drive. This was on Monday 22/2/2021, and I made an appointment to pop in on Tuesday at Noon.... He called me at 10.30am to say it had been sold. I made it clear how unprofessional that was!
