Disappointing "Experience"

Need some training in customer service and how to actually sound like they're interested in selling a car. Not the service one would even expect from a 2nd hand private dealer, let alone a main dealer! I was so close to leaving and not buying the car due to the poor service, had it not been such a drastic need on my part. I was considering purchasing 2 cars, but due to the disappointing service, decided to only purchase the 1 car which was the immediate need, and will definitely not be returning to this centre for the second car purchase. Disappointed to say the least
