THEY REASSURE YOU THAT ANY PROBLEMS WILL BE DEALT WITH PROFFESSIONALLY AND EFFICIENTLY. HOWEVER WHEN RAISE A ISSUE WITH THEM IT WILL BE THE OPPOSITE. BOUGHT MY CAR IN JULY 2020 AND HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THE CAR. BROKEN DOWN 4 TIMES. BRADLEY THE MANAGER FROM KINGSTON HAS NOT SUGGESTED ANY SUBSTANTIAL OPTIONS TO ME, THE RESPONSE GIVEN WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. BEEN OFFERED A COURTESY CAR TWICE FROM HAYES BRANCH AND KINGSTON BRANCH BOTH ROBINS AND DAY, THEY HAVE NO CARS AVAILABLE, WHERE IS THE LOGIC IN OFFERING A CUSTOMER A COURTESY CAR WHEN YOU HAVE ONE AVIALBLE IN 5 WEEKS???? MY CAR WILL BE FIXED BY THEN… I BROKE DOWN, TRIED TO RING VAUXHALL, AND ASK FOR ADVICE AS THE WARRANTY WAS STILL VALID. I SPOKE TO SOMEONE IN SALES DEPARTMENT, HE SAID THE ONLY THING HE CAN DO WAS TO SELL ME A NEW CAR. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AS I HAD JUST BOUGHT THE CAR AND I WAS BEING OFFERED TO PURCAHSE ANOTHER CAR, AS IF THAT WAS ONE OF MY OPTIONS??? HAD TO FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK ASWELL AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND CALLS. LAWERENCE IS THE ONLY MAN WHO HELPED ME WITH THIS WORKS AT KINGSTON ONE STAR GIVEN TO HIM. COMPLETE RIP OFF, ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING THEY SERVE, ANOTHER TIME I BROKE DOWN I CALLED RAC, THEY GAVE ME DOCUMENTAITON WHICH STATED A FULL DIAGNOSIS OF THE ISSUE WITH THE CAR. A HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR 2 NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. HAYES BOOKED ME IN FOR A DIAGNOSE OF WHICH I ALREADY KNEW THE PROBLEM, WASTED MY TIME TO TELL ME THE EXACT SAME ISSUE. PAUL FROM HAYES THE MAN AT THE FRONT DESK, AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM FOR OVER 2 HOURS ON AND OFF RECEIVED MANY DIFFERENT RESPONSES, IT BECAME PRETTY OBVIOUS THAT HIM AND MANAGEMENT WERE MAKING UP COMPLETE NONSENSE TO TRY AND FOB ME OFF AND JUSTIFY IT. ABSOLTELY TRAGIC THAT AN ORGANISATION CAN BEHAVE IN THIS WAY. THE AGGRAVTION AND HASSLE THAT I HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH DEALING WITH VAUXHALL IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THESE UNPROFFESSIONALS. VAUXHALL DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT REPLYING TO THIS BECAUSE I HAVE ESCALATED ALL MY ISSUES TO HEAD OFFICE!!!!
