Awful & stinking experience

Tbh one the most shocking experiences I’ve ever encountered with any company I experienced yesterday 20/2/21. I Inquired about a brand new Alfa Romeo gv & was dealt with a “salesman” called Oliver Lloyd who basically wanted full asking price for a car that had zero pictures plus gave me misinformation about other companies stating only reason there dealer contributions are good because it’s a old model yet infact it was the latest 21 model . It’s when I asked about getting service plan into the deal is when I was shocked as he refused up front Even thro I never asked a penny off the car ( full asking price) which I thought sorry your looking nearly 65k for a car that I haven’t seen one single picture off.How is bmw & Merc owners going trust your brand with mediocre service that I encountered. His attitude was stinking & I can rest assured after yesterday’s encounter & experience I will be taking my money & business elsewhere & won’t be back
