£800 CAR SERVICE PLAN !!

Got a car grom these guys , with a service plan which was valied only in their branches, wasent told that when i was sold the £800 plan. I move to england, and now i cant use it as its valied only at their brances. The ASsistant manager was very rude, it was talking to a brick wall. No help at alll, just simple pointing the finnger and saying you should jave read the terms. After a whole day of searching i got a chance to speak to the manager, well he said he will try, but after chasing for a 6 weeks , and finalky getting to speak to him. The answer was a simple so sorry cant help. Which to me was just seemed like he didnt even try, and that was after waiting for like 6 weeks. Now i am stuck with £800 car service pla and i cant even use it. Which means for the next 4 years every time i service the car i pay 370 pounds out of my pocket. This is not right. As when they sold me the car, they didn not mention that i ciudnt us this pla in England as there was no HF service centers there. Now i am stuck here, no help and defeated. THANKS A!!!
