Sold me a dud

I bought a second hand car less than 6 weeks ago. I was told there was a minor oil leak. Fine. 3L of oil top up later, and some pouring into the car through the vents. Called the breakdown company, who said I can't drive it. Called circle, they said to just scrap it. Won't give me a full refund or a replacement car. Very disappointed.
