Fantastic service all round

I was incredibly apprehensive having to change my car during a pandemic but the guys at JL were brilliant. Once I’d chosen a van I wanted I bombarded Rick with questions, requests for videos and photos and nothing was too much trouble. They also offered a very fair price for my part ex. Swapping vehicles on the agreed day was very smooth. All Covid safe. I’ve had one of two minor issues (fuel filter needed changing and wheel alignment adjusting) in the 3 weeks I’ve had the van but both save been sorted effortlessly. I’m generally very sceptical purchasing from a dealer but I would definitely buy from JL again.
