Terrible After Sale Service
You can measure the quality of a business by how they deal with problems, and Bedford Audi fails miserably. I bought an approved used vehicle (for peace of mind), have had nothing but problems since. Bedford sold the car with a broken air-conditioner, badly corroded break discs, broken rear wiper, faulty rear washer, and missing wheel weights. I only found out about these when another Audi dealership did a diagnosis and health check. Even though the car was still under and within full warranty, Bedford Audi only offered to rectify the the air conditioning system, which their Exec Yousef was gracious when sorting. However, I've had to shell out to fix the other faults with another Audi Dealer, plus pay for a hire care. The only support Bedford Audi offered was a curtesy call so say that they're not willing to help. Again the vehicle was still under full warranty and I had to pay another Audi Dealer to fix problems which should have been fixed before being put up for sale! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, SOMEWHERE THATS CUSTOMER FOCUSED AND DESERVES THE COMMISSION.
