Awful service
If I could give this dealership lower than 1* I would. I bought a Kia Niro from them. Due to our being in lockdown, I was unable to view the car and opted for home delivery without firstly seeing the vehicle. The service I received from the salesperson was simply dreadful; much frustration was caused through her lack of response to emails. When I challenged her on this she then pretended that ‘it never came through!’ (that old chestnut). She promised me that the car had Apple CarPlay installed; it didn’t. She also promised me that the alloy wheels were pristine; they weren’t. In fact, each alloy was corroded, with considerable damage on each one. She promised me the body work was pristine; it wasn’t. There were two dents, and the driver’s door had been damaged where it had been opened on to a wall. She neither called me post-delivery to check my satisfaction, neither did she take the time to tell me about Kia’s servicing package. What ensued was three weeks of unwanted stress and bother while Evans Halshaw Reading dealt with all these issues. I will NEVER buy from this dealership again. It simply isn’t worth the stress.
