Poor customer service
I’m really displeased with the customer service from this company. The cars might be good, but the staff are rude and communication is poor. We were buying a car through finance (which had all gone through) and had arranged to pick the car up on Sunday (for which I’d taken time off work). We were sent details to make a deposit which didn’t work and when able to call back the next day when phone lines were open again were advised they’d taken deposit from someone else. This now affects our credit score as we will have to apply for finance again to buy a different car and we need the finance to be reversed. The staff member was rude when I expressed that I was upset about the breakdown in communication and poor customer service, and he said it was my fault and did not once apologise for what had happened. He then tried to suggest I buy another car from him for which clearly I do not want to do now after my bad experience already with ace 4 limited.
