Poor resolution of problem

When my new car was delivered I was surprised that it had bird mess all down one side. I complained and received an apology and £30 for a valet. Though I didn't think a dirty new car was good service I forgot about it. However I am now very unhappy that I am going to have to pay for locking wheel nuts as they were not in the car. My tyre needs to be repaired and I have therefore discovered that I don't have the nuts. Called Arbury who say they were delivered so I will have to pay to replace them. They were not in the car!!!
