Do Not Trust TH Boler Car Dealer

I bought a Porsche Cayman from them and they promised my 6 months warrantee and paid an additional £500 for extended Warrantee. The said they would forward me the details from Warranteewise and they sent me a pathetic piece of paper not worth the paper it was written on. Never even recieved the MOT certificate I have rang them times since Oct20 and they promise the the earth and never get back. As of this date I still keep ringing them and get no satisfaction. They owe me £500 and i will keep ringing them DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THEM TYPE ROUGUE DEALER If you must buy a car off them make sure you follow the following procedures 1 - Make sure you agree the price on any px and get it in writing 2 - Make sure that the invoice they give you highlights all the details of the PX and separately details the warrantee. This is important and they will do anything not honour it 3 - Make sure that you leave the Garage with the warrantee in YOUR HAND. DO NOT LEAVE without it as you will never see it as is the position i am in at the moment 4 - If you must buy the car then DO NOT deal with GRAHAME, he is nice to your face to get what he want and then does not want to know you anymore. I would not trust him as far as i could through him! 5 - Make sure you get the MOT certificate at the time you get the car if you must buy one. DO NOT let them say they will send it to you. Not only will you not receive it but it is more then likely to have advisory notes on it that they DO NOT want you to see. 6 - ABOVE ALL if you can find a car at another garage then go there, this garage does not care one bit about after service 7- This is not the only bad review and i should have took not of them before i bought a car from them - NEVER AGAIN
