Unfair Reviews of Our Dealership

In response to the previous reviews: Having being trading in the Valley for 70 years we are very proud of our outstanding service and reputation. Unfortunately in this current climate and staff working from home, the fact that the website description stated that the van had DAB and Cruise Control did in this instance 'slip the net'. Some of the advertising platforms do pick up features that are not applicable to the vehicle and yes, the van was advertised with DAB and Cruise control, but it was a genuine mistake. We would definitely not falsely advertise a vehicle intentionally. Photographs are taken of our vehicles and they can be zoomed in to see the condition and the features of the vans. The customer was offered a refund of their deposit immediately. It was only when they were asking for reimbursement of their travelling expenses that they became very upset and proceeded to place unfair reviews on Google. Bizarrely, the vehicle in question was purchased a couple of days later by a customer who travelled up from Staffordshire who was over the moon with it!
