Disappointed perry's chesterfield

Bought a Kia last octoberish. Last Tuesday 2nd Feb lost control in the snow and nearly smashed into the central reservation on the m1. Had someone look at the tyres on the Friday and he identified the two drivers side tyres were bold not only were thy bold but dangerously, and illegally so. The car had done 19,000 mileage and is currently 26,000. Not impressed. Could have been a serious accident. Wondering if they knew and ignored the state of the tyres, or didn't do a full inspection check fully before handing over to me. Either way poor effort guys.
