Great service

Purchased a Freelander 2 through click and collect, James was very helpful and efficient. Three weeks into owning the car it developed problems with the Transfer Box (something that could not be foreseen) . I phoned Elm Tree straight away and the car was taken in for repair, the mechanics were awesome and identified the problem straight away. I was given a courtesy car so i wasnt left without transport. Carly was really helpful, great customer service and kept me informed of the estimated repair times. Really great service by the team all round 👍
