Avoid at all costs

I'm very much for supporting small business's however after my experience with Archway cars its far better to go to a trusted reliable dealership. The true measure of a business is not how they deal with customers when they are trying to make a sale but how they respond when there's an issue. The women is hugs smiles and kisses when she's making a sale but as soon as there's an issue she shows her true colours and has no customer service skills and a VERY bad attitude. I bough a car from archway on 18th DEC 2020, less than a month later on 11th Jan 2021 2 of the coil springs has snapped and all break disc and pads neeed changing, there should have been advisories on the MOT but there weren't, this has been reported to VOSA. Electric window also doesn't work When a struggling single parent is spending £7600 on a car you don't want to be forking out £750 on repairs! They refused to carry out the repairs, had to do alot if back and forth with finance company for them to eventually pay half but they still didn't sorry window. They get the negative reviews deleted off autotrader and then block you from writing a review. Avoid at all costs
