How Wrong can YOU Be?

My partner got up b4 me on Tuesday morning and advised me she had listened to me; decided to sell her aged Mini Cooper With 128k miles on the clock and was attracted to a Suzuki Celero SZ4 automatic she had seen on IJC Car Sales Ltd site - it did look good but, on paper not the right second car for us - I drive a 220 bhp Golf and on paper it was the antithesis of the replacement I envisaged only 70 nm of torque to my 575 nm and an automatic to boot! - IJC reviews were excellent so I decided for us to talk to Ian on the phone and ask if he had a Honda Jazz or Toyota Yaris as I thought it was more US - he asked her what she felt she wanted from a car and concluded without pressurising that it was indeed the car for her. Equally he took the time to dispel my reservations re performance perceptions and I’m not afraid to admit that he was right. Also he agreed to dispose of our aged Cooper to the trade at a realistic price and we were happy to purchase at 12.30 p.m that day . Agreed to collect at 10.30 a.m next day. Car ready to drive; new MOT and we purchased a 3 year premier warranty at an excellent price. Didn’t stop there b4 hand Ian talked to my partner twice - sent her a video explaining use of the automatic facilities and explained his strict COVID precautions - didn’t meet him - all done remotely and very professionally with so much genuine care and attention - me wrong again - always said I would never buy on line; without seeing or driving it. It is all Ian said it would be and more! - oh and YES we both love it! I would deal finitely buy again from IJC and look forward to meeting Ian in the flesh when COVID permits. So pleased that I listened to his non pressured sales patter - he obviously knows his cars and gets in tune with his customer requirements - well done Ian it was a pleasure to deal with you.
