Over promise, under delivering

Not the type of service we are getting from them. Very poor service, and we haven't even been able to drive the care yet! Keep promising the car is ready, and then call to cancel, because the man who does the wheels never showed up for work, waiting for over a week to collect the car. Hard to tick all the boxes below, can't get the car to let you know !!!!
