The transaction was totally and utterly simple and painless, there was a little niggly fault with the car that developed shortly afterwards but I took it back to Blackbrook and they sorted it in a few days and gave me a courtesy car. I've recommended them to a few friends as they were very helpful and always on the end of the phone when I had a problem or any questions.
