Appalling Customer Service

If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a car in August 2020 and had to return it a total of 5 times in 4 months for multiple faults before they agreed to give me my money back. It is now 12 days since they bought the car back off me and they still have not processed the refund. Leaving me without a car and without the finances to purchase a new one. The customer service is appalling. I understand that cars can have faults but how they have dealt with it is disgraceful. Please think twice before purchasing a car from Perrys Rotherham.
