Terrible service, staff and manager

Major fault with car not solved, sent away unresolved and forced to drive an unroadworthy car, (Car cut out at 70mph, steering locked but engine was stil running). Staff petulant when we weren't happy. Manager overpowering and refused to give written statement of work and findings for insurance and safety sake. The wording given was, we think it might be this. We have 2 cars and will never ever again buy a kia after this experience. The service here is the worst I have ever recieved. If this is what the 7 year warranty is and they won't get to the bottom of a major fault given the severity of what could have happened, don't buy a kia, go elsewhere.
