Failed to renew M.o.T
Bought car in August 20 with only 5 months M o T. Hamid promised to renew for 12 months in Jan 21. Due to lockdown had to have M o T done locally (Stoke on Trent) in order to continue driving the vehicle. Car failed and cost me £235.00. I emailed Hamid on 2 occasions in Jan. with copy of invoice, not to demand payment but to ask politely if he would honour the deal and reimburse me. To date I have received no reply to either emails. On purchase Hamid was very pleasant and accommodating but after sales in my experience leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
