Horrible, untrustworthy and rude!

Me and my husband drove 2 hours to buy a van from the valley van centre, having to have time off work and leave a young baby at home. Got told on the phone by Colin that the van is how it is described on his website, we told him we was travelling a long way and we was reassured that there was no hidden issues and was a 'clean van'. When we got there we was shown to the van by a lady, straight away we saw that there was damaged body work which wasn't disclosed on the website description or on the 3 phone calls, also the van didn't have DAB radio or cruise control which was in the description. Colin came over to us, didn't introduce himself or even say hello which was very strange, had to ask him who he was. We explained to him that we wasn't happy that the van was falsely advertised and that he lied/kept information from us on the phone. His excuse was that he writes the number plate into autotrader and just copes the information onto his website! So doesn't even check the vans he is selling! His attitude was appalling. Didn't even apologise to us and was very rude. What a horrible man. Wouldn't trust this man! Please say clear. We went to JMC van sales instead on the off-chance they might have a van, ended up buying a 15k van which was great and the lads was lovely, helpful and honest. A totally different experience!
