BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Following a breakdown on A1 whilst en route from Dorset to Cambridgeshire after I mistakenly put diesel into our petrol Seat Arona the customer service I received from Joe Duncan and Mike Godding and his team of technicians was nothing short of exceptional. Joe initially arranged for my vehicle to be recovered to the St Albans SEAT dealership arriving just before 4pm. On arrival Mike and Joe and their superstars went to work and performed a miracle getting back on the road road in less than an hour and a half. At one point I thought I had the Ferrari pit team working on the vehicle such was their dedication and professionalism to the cause. What more can I say other than a huge “thank you” to all involved.
