Poor communication/customer service

I called about a car that I wanted to put a deposit on, only to be told that I couldn't yet because they didn't have the car in the showroom, it was in the workshop. They said I wasn't the only one interested so I decided to ring each day to check on progress. Despite saying they would call me back on 3 occasions, they never did. I started to look at reviews for them and found this site which made me uneasy when people were complaining about the same concerning things. I decided not to call them again and see if they returned my call. Having received no call, I checked Auto Trader to start looking at some other cars and found that the advert had been removed! I think I probably had a near miss with this company and will never look at anything from them again. Absolute disgrace.
