Fantastic Customer Service

We bought our Nissan Note from here in December 2020. We were having huge difficulties as my husband’s medical drivers licence had expired ( which we were told by the finance firm that it wouldn’t be a problem) when we arrived at the car dealership to collect our car, all we needed to do was sign the relevant papers and drive away ( so we thought) but the underwriters would not accept my husbands drivers licence as it had expired in May 2020 even though on the DVLA website it stated that all expired medical licenses would automatically renewed for 11 months due to Covid 19. So we left with no car even after the manager and area manager had told the finance company that it was all on the DVLA website. After a few days I was able to renew my husbands license online, I then gave the details to Dave ( manager of Autozone) he had put the car on hold for us until it was all sorted. Within the week we had our new car delivered. I cannot thank Dave and his team enough for all of the help that they provided. Truely a professional service. We will be back
