Absolutely awful
absolutely awful customer service and a sad reflection on Mercedes. After speaking to Aleksandra, agreeing a price on an A45 and paying a deposit I was called later in the day to be advised that they could not honour the agreement and that I had to pay an additional £1k for the car. After asking for the sales managers name and the contact details of the dealer principal she gave me details of a sales assistant and someone that had left the company. Despite numerous e-mails to her I never received a call back from anyone. After calling the sales manager I was promised that they would look into it and call me back later. I am still waiting for a call. It seems that while you are looking to buy a car they will be nice to you but as soon as anything goes wrong they are not interested. This is not what would have expected from Mercedes!
