Service above and beyond

I have purchased a huge number of cars in my 59 years, and never have I encountered service like these guys, Paul was the epitome of nice, he used no pressure, he was super helpful, and here’s the main thing, I had a problem with my Jaguar F pace shortly after purchase, and they went above and beyond to fix, it absolutely wasn’t a case of “ now we have your money” and that’s so important, you can buy knowing that if you do encounter a problem, this company will not abandon you, how much piece of mind is that worth.
