Issues after purchase

Lots of good reviews about buying, But look out afterwards! Before purchase in September 2020, I specifically asked if car had sat-nav and he said yes. The day after purchase, while getting used to it, and trying out the buttons, it transpired it doesn't have sat-nav. I wouldn't have bought if he had told the truth. I know I should have double checked before paying, but I believed him and saw no need not to at the time. A week later had a problem while driving up motorway on a Friday evening. Called him from services and he promised to call back on the Monday........ still waiting. Paid for car to be put on diagnostic machine which showed, and is still showing a relevant fault code which will not clear. Problem still persists randomly, have to keep fingers crossed when traveling.
