How are they still in business?

I saw a new car on the website, happy to pay listed price for it, minus a half decent trade in value which I was quoted. When I asked for it, I was told that the vehicle I wanted was not a Ford, so instead of going 2 miles to my local Glossop branch, I would need to go to Leeds. The reason for this is because that Glossop branch doesen't know about Hyundais, and therefore were not trained to hand the vehicle over. Unlucky darling, you just lost my business for good.
