Fantastic Service, Very Happy
What started out as a wishful warranty claim on a 5 year old RS6 turned into me spending £4k with them on my car. Ateeq (Body shop manager) told me from the offset it was highly unlikely Audi in Germany approve warranty work to the body outside of the 3 year 'new car's warranty period. Nevertheless, he put forward my claim and supported my application by justifying why the work needed doing (rightfully so) and got it approved! My car was booked in with Bradford Audi the following week who were terrible at answering the phone and returning back messages which concerned me as my reason for paying extra for work at a dealership was to recieve a hassle free, certified workmanship with genuine parts. My confidence was somewhat lost and out of curiosity, I asked Ateeq to see if he could beat the quote on my car Bradford Audi had supplied. Straight away Manjit (Service Representative) saved me £200 even though Bradford & Huddersfield are a Sytner Company. Moreover, they arranged a courtesy car and ensured it was Covid Safe and replaced my battery in the key for free. They also carried out a full 4 wheel alignment including camber and caster when Bradford were offering only front wheels. Finally, the overall service I recieved from Elliot was outstanding. I run a business myself and customer service is at the top of my business agenda and I recieved the service I expected. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.
