this review relates to Hyundai franchise. Although the garage appears to be efficient it is let down terribly by staff communication with each other and the customer. On several occasions I have been let down by my faith in their abilities . A big problem is telephone answering with long delays in them calling you back or not bothering at all. Staff not listening to your information about the car.and the number of times you have to remind them. I guess its down to poor management at Motorline Canterbury.
