Dreadful, Thiefs, Liars and Cheats

Purchased a car several months ago, warranty is non-existant as doesn't fit in with value of car so pointless. V5c New Keeper supplement not sent off, had to apply for it with additional cost and wait times (blamed the DVLA yet they never filed the paperwork). Car mileage was 20% INCORRECT between sale proposal and when taking receipt of vehicle with explanation of "admin error" yet the owner is the admin! Several other issues including shoddy servicing highlighted by a competent garage saying oil hadn't been changed in over 12 months despite WSV saying they changed it pre-handover. Avoid these cowboys.
