Not interested after been paid for car

We bought a 10 month old Ford Focus with only 260 miles on it and straight away when braking it was making a thumping noise from rear brakes, spoke to sales guy who assured us he would get service to contact us 3 weeks on still no contact so we got it booked it ourself, only to be told this is how the ford focus with electric hand brake is and they are all the same, i insisted it can be felt through the brake pedal, and its my opinion that because the car had been stood 10 months before we bought it the discs had rusted badly so we are now having to take it to another ford Garage to sort it out only left 1 star as i cant leave none
