4 only negative was the car had 4 miles of fuel in it, which you wouldn't expect when spending thousands on a car. I can't remember his name, just remember he was slightly hard of hearing. He dealt with me, and was excellent, as I say my only complaint was that you spend thousands on a car, I spent just over £8000 and had no fuel which you don't expect

Everything is going well so far with the vehicle, and I’m really pleased with it. The staff were very helpful and answered any questions I had. Just a bunch of cool people. I took it for a quick test drive, as I already knew it was the car for me. I was happy with it. It had been valeted, and everything was prepared or already done for me, which made it a really quick and easy in-and-out process. I would definitely use these guys again.

My parents have actually purchased from Lottbridge in the past, so they recommended I go there, as they’ve had good experiences each time. It was such a hassle-free experience. There weren’t any issues, all of my questions were answered, and I found it to be very accommodating. It has been a really positive experience, and I would definitely use them again in the future. I have used the car pretty much every day since having it, and I couldn't be more pleased. It is lovely. The salesman I dealt with was great. He was very efficient and made the whole process easy for me. I viewed the car on the Friday and picked it up on the Monday. There were no issues, everything was very quick, and the car was spotless when I collected it. There was no waiting around. A full five-star experience.

I had a swift no-nonsense clear cut deal that I was happy to have. Couple of minor issues with the car itself, but overall very content. I've had VW for some years, and also for work, so I already knew it was going to be a quality car. Very happy. James

I can't remember the names of the people who looked after me but there was 3 people I met on the day and all of them were lovely. Everything up to now with my Mini has been going good. There was a light that come on but it's all fine.

Really happy with the car overall – it’s been running well and we love driving it. The only issue we noticed early on was that the handbrake feels a bit loose and we can hear a slight slapping noise, but we will get it checked out. Customer service was excellent – friendly, helpful, and I can’t fault them there.
