4 as the first car I got had to come back the day after as it had engine problems but they did sort me out with a new car and £1200 off the car with 2 years warranty for free aswell and payed me a for my days loss of work so I can't complain but yeah overall it's a 4 for me

I dealt with Stuart and he was fantastic, he gave me all the finance details I needed so I could make a decision. The car is fine, it's lovely I've been enjoying it.

I had a good experience, I felt like we were left in a waiting room for quite some time though, and it felt bit a bit rushed in the end. I thought the customer service guys were lovely and they explained the finance options thoroughly and said to come and have a look at cars I wanted, but it turns out there was only one available. I've had no issues with the car as of yet fingers crossed.

When we first purchased the vehicle, we had an issue with the handbrake. The dealership got it all sorted for me, which I was happy about. I would give Concept Car Credit a ten if I could, so it’s a five-star rating from me.

I didn’t feel like he was trying to push for a quick sale. He genuinely wanted to help. It has given me confidence in the car, which I use most days to get to uni and back. I’m really pleased with it. It’s nice to just get in a car and drive without having to worry about any issues. A big thank you to the whole team who helped sort everything out for me.

I was enjoying the car until someone smashed into me and wrote it off! They were amazing - they bent over backwards to help me. Everything was explained to me in detail regarding the finance, and I've asked them for help finding another car because they were really good.

I'm enjoying the car so far it's nice, everything was fine. I can't think of anything to improve.
