Bought a car a few days ago with Browns Autos, Josh gave the best sales experience I've ever had. He wasn't pushy at all and went above and beyond to help me with any queries or issues.
Would absolutely recommend to anybody and will be returning in the future.

I bought a car from Browns autos couple of weeks ago. Josh who was the person i dealed with, was really helpful and easy going. As other sellers, he did not tried to force me to buy the car but let me in piece to make my decision. I went a couple of times to view the car and he was very happy helpinge. After the sale, there were a couple of things that needed to be sorted, and he was great on helping and explain how things are. I would definitely recommend him. As he said, he is not selling the car, but his customer support!

Josh and the team at Browns Autos were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. We brought a lovely BMW M2 and are over the moon with it. It came in great condition and it’s clear they have sourced their cars with care and attention.
Josh was always available to chat through any issues and was very patient whilst waiting for our finance application to go through. They also offer a £100 refundable deposit to reserve the car which massively helped us as otherwise we probably would have lost out due to other buyers. Would 100% recommend Browns Autos and will definitely be back when it’s time for an upgrade!

Browns autos is run by a fantastic team. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcomed and they were always available to help with anything I needed. Their customer service is faultless and you can tell they genuinely care for their customers. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a trustworthy dealership!

I travelled from Chesterfield area today, to Brighton, to view my new car. Had an excellent experience throughout, the car being exactly how it had been described . Can’t thank Josh enough for his time!
Should I ever require another car, I will make the same 300 mile journey, knowing that I’m in safe hands.
